[edit] General Description

Could any of those voting "NO" to this project please tell the rest of us "What is the proposed work to be done to Little Cove Road?" and why the road work isn't needed? [1]
That's the beauty of this site ... so that those of you "in the know" can fill the rest of us in.
Thanks.

[edit] Points in Favor

This is also one of the newest housing areas of Huntsville. The only gain I could see on this type of project is to increas property values of some of the most expensive homes in the area. As far as I know there is no industry in the area, so what would the long term value be? Why not focus more on the older infrastructure that needs to be revitalized like HWY 53, or Research Park Extension, or expanding 565. These are the areas that will provide long term investment for the area not just the people of an individual community.
