If you have looked inside a Patrol Car lately. (the front seat. Haa) You may notice many control switches, dispatch radio, radar units, and or a computer. These systems require hunderds of feet of wire and technical know how to install them. Then there's the deatil work installing the decals w/ the department name. It's harder than you think and requires experienced professions to install them. I don't know how thay came up w/ the 25 number. I would think it would take more folks than that to outfit a patrol car in a timely fashion.
