Award Description: The Turnbull NWR located in northeastern Washington State has several exiting buildings that due to rising energy costs, limited operating budgets, and a variety of Federal energy reduction mandates necessitate that the service renovate the energy-related elements of the existing facilities; principally building envelopes and mechanical-electrical systems.
Project Description: A project superintendent has been on site to collect the information needed for the start of the project and provide to the Design Firm.
