Award Description: The purpose of this award is to made capital improvements to the existing building of Centro de Salud Familiar Dr. Julio Palmieri Ferri Inc. The center will undergo renovation of the onsite pharmacy, main patient waiting room and patient registration area. The inner patio will undergo modifications to construct a patient support area and in addition the center will go through a major improvement to the HIT system.
Project Description: Centro de Salud Familiar Dr. Julio Palmieri Ferri Inc has performed several activities during the quarter which include the submission to HRSA of the letter from the State Historic Preservation Officer, the submission of an Environmental Information Documentation checklist, the submission of a draft Environmental Assessment in compliance with NEPA and prepared the preliminary architectural and engineering design plan.
