Award Description: The This task order request is composed of four (4) individual tasks. This task order request will have four (4) individual descriptions for this section of the RFTOP. Task 1: The purpose of this task order is to obtain technical assistance and operational and analytical support for ARRA 317 activities within the Assessment Branch, Immunization Services Division, NCIRD. Activities are targeted at monitoring school (kindergarten) vaccination coverage, entry requirements, and exemption rates and assessing vaccine coverage in other groups using other mechanisms such as BRFSS and the National Immunization Survey. The Assessment Branch works to provide scientific leadership on measurement of vaccination coverage across the lifespan, to collect, analyze and disseminate accurate vaccination coverage data, and promote use of these data for evaluation of immunization programs and policies at the national, state and local levels. The objective of this task order is to obtain technical, operational and analytical assistance necessary to ensure the development, implementation and evaluation of a system to monitor all ACIP-recommended vaccinations upon school (kindergarten) entry. Task 2: The purpose of this task order is to obtain technical assistance and operational and analytical support for ARRA 317 activities within the Immunization Information Systems Support Branch (IISSB), Immunization Services Division, NCIRD. The objective is to obtain technical, operational and analytical assistance necessary to meet the operational, analytical and decision support requirements of IISSB as they work to ensure that planned ARRA related projects are met. The Immunization Information Systems Support Branch serves as the primary interface to state and local immunization program grantees, providing technical assistance to ensure execution of grantee 317 Immunization Information Systems Sentinel Site project including operations activities and budgets. Task 3: The purpose is to obtain technical assistance and operational and analytical support for ARRA 317 vaccine forecasting, allocation and usage activities contained in the Program Operations Branch, Immunization Services Division, National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, CDC. The objective is to obtain technical, operational and analytical assistance necessary to meet the operational, analytical and decision support requirements of POB as they work to ensure that planned ARRA 317 vaccine allocation and distribution objectives are met. The Program Operations Branch serves as the primary interface to state and local immunization program grantees, providing technical assistance to ensure execution of grantee 317 vaccine and operations activities and budgets. The branch also maintains information on immunization program grantees and coordinates the acquisition of new information. Task 4: Technical assistance, consultation, and operational management support to the Office of the Director, Immunization Services Division (ISD), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), Coordinating Center for Infections Diseases (CCID). The purpose is to obtain technical assistance, consultation, and operational management support for the ISD as they oversee implementation of the Division’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act activities.
