Award Description: ARRA COst of Living Adjustment (COLA), and Quality Improvement Funding consistent with the provision of Section 640(a)(5) of the Head Start Act.
Project Description: Project Description: ARRA COLA and Quality Funds will be used to: - Provide professional development to staff. - Increase compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve teh overall quality of the program. - Repairs and renovations to existing building. Quarterly Activities: - All staff received a cost of living adjustment effective September 1, 2009 - Received bids for work on the building
