Award Description: Upgrade the Garage/Shop Building to meet seismic requirements as discovered by the Seismic Evaluation performed in 2003 for the Willard National Fish Hatchery located on the Little White Salmon, Willard NFH Complex near Cook, Washington. Design Build, design specific retrofits to correct identified deficiencies and then construct those retrofits. Design-Builder shall provide the necessary design services, including architectural, structural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, cost estimating and other design professional services, for the preparation of the required drawings, specifications and other documents. Design-Builder shall submit design submissions for review and comment by Government. Prepare electronic drawings using Auto CAD and conforming to FWS CAD Standards. Prepare detailed construction cost estimates in compliance with WSFWS Region 1 & 8 General Engineering Requirements. Deliver complete set of design and construction documents including Design Calculations, Drawings in Auto CAD format, conforming to FWS CAD Standards. Complete construction of work in conformance with Construction Documents and As-built Construction Documents.
