Award Description: ARRA - Capital Improvement Program
Project Description: CIP funds are being used to help in the construction of a new building at the corporation?s Nash County site. The new building will greatly expand medical and pharmacy capacity. Construction progress: ? The floorplan is complete. ? Preliminary site work has been completed including soil borings. ? The wetland determination has been completed. ? All State Agency notifications have been performed with no comments or conditions. ? The USDA has been supplied all required information necessary for pending long term financing request ? The project will be taken before the Nash County Planning Board in November and the Nash County Board of Commissioners in December.
