Award Description: Early Care & Education for Children Ages 0-5 and pregnant women services include health screening, nutritional meals, parent involvement and inclusive participation for children with special needs. The program is designed to meet each child's individual needs through developmentally and cluturally appropriate activities with the overall goal of promoting school readiness. This award is subject to the requirements of the HHS Grants Ploicy Statement (HHSGPS) that are applicable to CAC.
Project Description: We used funds to extend the school year by two weeks by beginning our Part Day center in August instead of September. We implemented the Program Support Specialist Position
