Award Description: Recovery Access to Care Through Services (ACTS) The Philadelphia AIDS Consortium TPAC provides Education, Outreach, Prevention Counseling and testing, Food and other medical and supportive services for people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.

Project Description: Enrollment of New Recovery acts AmeriCorps members (5.5 MSY) 11 members. All members have received trainings in the Following areas: Orientation (service Descriptions allowable activities and roles and responsibilities), Citizenship, Culture and Diversity, Prevention Counseling Certification, Regional AIDS 101. Members are providing outreach and health fairs in minority communities. More than 200 have being outreach and provided with prevention materials, condoms and referrals for supportive services. Members started to organize support groups and also a play for education and awareness about living with HIV/AIDS.
