Award Description: ARRA CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM
Project Description: We have three projects that we are being funded through this stimulus paskage. 1) The Pineview Community (AMP: 104) Recreation Center and Maintenance Facility renovation and addition. We are currently in the final design stages and anticipate being out to bid by November 2009. 2) Three Scattered Site (AMP: 105) 3 bedroom conversion to 6 bedroom. We are currently in the final design stages and will be soliciating bids and quotes and be underconstruction by the middle of October 2009. 3) The Bakerview Apartments (AMP: 103) Elevator Modernizaiton. We have completed the design and bidding phase. We have reviewed the bid proposals and anticiate signing the contract on October 12, 2009, with the physical work to being January 2010.
Jobs Summary: We are currenlty in the design phase, we have only the design professionals that we are reporting on at this time. This inlcudes reporting for two main consulting firms with 5 sub-consultants. These firms have retained 19 existing employees consisting of electrical engineers, stuctural engineers, mechanical engineers, drafters and project managers. (Total jobs reported: 1)
