Award Description: Repair and renovate north side of Bldg 5000, which is the Ranger BN HQ Offices located at 8th Division Road in the Harmony Church Area. Bldg area to be renovated includes Interior work approximately 1920 sf and back porch approximately 400 sf. General SOW includes reconfigure north end of building IAW with enclosed drawing and remove, dispose, and replace existing HVAC window units with a complete central HVAC system. Other SOW includes; latrines, ceilings and lighting, flooring, walls and doors, windows, exterior,communications and fire alarm, and VCT floor asbestos abatement.
