Award Description: The objective of this project is to remove Sissal wall covering in building 1425 at US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, Ft Detrick, MD. Building 1425 has over 100,000 square feet and height of over 30 feet. Work includes providing a Type I work plan and removing sissal wall covering, repair, prime or seal all unpainted areas, paint 2 coats with water-based epoxy paint and semi-gloss finish. Install wall protection system, 4 inch wall base. Weekly risk reports will be submitted to John Savicky.
