Added to-date are as follows: half of a penthouse structure (Including structural steel, precast concrete, metal panels, exterior stud walls, caulking, and roofing), roof drain piping, and fan platform steel. Additionally, ARRA funding was used to pay the City of Boulder Use Tax for the project.
