Award Description: Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program. The purpose is to provide homelessness prevention assistance to households who would otherwise become homeless and to provide assistance to rapidly re-house persons who are homeless.
Project Description: The City of Irving's City Council has approved allocations to three sub-grantee organizations. Staff have completed HPRP trainings, have designed the City of Irving's program, and have conducted public and targeted individual meetings to promote awareness of the program.
