Project Description: Purpose: To provide assistance focused upon housing stabilization, linking participants to mainstream benefit and community resources, and helping participants develop plans to prevent future housing instability. Expected results: On an annual average, 90 nights of motel vouchers available and 2,913 apartment occupancy days plus utilities costs included, and 1.5 jobs created/retained.
Jobs Summary: A part-time staff member will manage program outreach services in order to inform possible program participants of the services available through the program. A full-time staff member will provide case management, identify housing locations, establish and maintain landlord contracts and relationships, and any other services needed for program delivery.
