Award Description: Pintech Corporation will provide 88 DTV mobile centers in West Virginia. The mobile centers will reach the community at events attended by large amounts of the town or community's population. These events, festivals, fairs and town celebrations will provide appropriate coverage to reach the sought after demographic. The mobile centers will provide guidance and assistance with the digital transition to the consumer. Converter box, antenna issues and informational brochures will be provided.
