Award Description: Installation of improvements to the Kalispel Tribe of Indians (tribe) community wastewater collection and treatment system. These improvements are sought to address a critical overloading of the existing lagoon treatment system and to provide facilities that will allow the tribe to determine how they address the continuing growth and expansion on the reservation. Deliverables include extension of reclaimed water land application system, installation of lagoon dissolved oxygen monitoring station, installation of wastewater plant flow meter, provision of lab testing equipment, provision of HDPE pipe fusion machine, provision of low ground pressure ATV & trailer, soil investigations, legal surveying and cultural resources study. Units of measure for deliverables are largely lump sum.
