Award Description: Modernization of public housing units. Funds will be used to improve landscaping appearance of multi-family units; replace/repair exterior decks of senior/accessible site; paint exterior of multi-family units; replace roofs on North of the River multi-unit sites; asphalt and concrete work for multi-family North Side parking lots; install bike racks on multi-family sites to reduce clutter and protect tenant's property and install water-saving irrigation systems to all multi-family sites.
