Award Description: This grant funds the replacement of 315 rural public transit vehicles, four replacement intercity buses and three rural transit facility projects.

Project Description: The quarterly activities include the manufacture or purchase of transit vehicles including: modified raised roof vans, 15-passenger vans, 7-passenger minivans, 15 passenger minivans and body on chassis'. The acquisition of these replacement rural transit vehicles will improve reliability and efficiency of service delivery. A total of 315 rural replacement vehicles are to be acquired. Transit facilities in City of Marshfield, Stoddard and Mississippi County. The construction of these facilities will improve the operation, maintenance and storage of rural public transit vehicles.

Infrastructure Description: To invest in transportation, environmental protection, and other infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits.
