Award Description: Conduct modernization activities on 24 family units (siteB). This includes replacement of roofs and installation of additional insulation in the units to improve the energy efficiency of the units. To improve the curb appeal of Site B, construct a shelter for outside mailbox clusers and replace the existing two 12-unit mailbox clusters. Replace kitchen cabinets in 18 family units at Site C
Project Description: Projects completed this quarter were the removal and replacement of roofs to 24 family units located in Site B. Additional insulation was blown into the attics of the same family units
