Award Description: Construct a new Elders Community Center at Heritage Commons to attract and house critical services for elderly public housing residents living in North Minneapolis. The Center will be adjacent to Heritage Commons, a 102-unit seniors-only public housing building in the MN002000003 public housing project. In addition, the Center would serve 400 seniors living in other public housing building in North Minneapolis which are also included in the MN002000003 public housing project.
