The new units will be comprised of 53 one-bedroom units in an elevator building (650 square feet), 69 two-bedroom units in an elevator building (1,000 square feet), 17 three-bedroom units in a townhouse-style building (1,100 square feet), and 6 four-bedroom units in a townhouse-style building (1,200 square feet).
