Award Description: Highway Infrastructure Investment Grant: Available for Use in Any Area (flexible)
Project Description: This is a maintenance construction project in Harris County. This project is the resurfacing of SR 18 from SR 219 to SR 1/US 27. This section of SR 18 needs resurfacing because the existing pavement is deteriorating. SR 18 was last resurfaced in 1993.
Infrastructure Description: To invest in transportation, environmental protection, and other infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits.
