Award Description: The A-E shall visit the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (NHOTIC), meet with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) staff and review existing conditions necessary in achieving the goals of Executive Order (E.O.) 13423, section 2(f). The goal of this investigation and site visit is to ensure that NHOTIC is part of the 15 percent of the existing Federal capital asset building inventory of the agency, as of the end of fiscal year 2015, which incorporates the sustainable practices in the Guiding Principles for Federal Leadership in High Performance and Sustainable Buildings. The BLM envisions moving on to design with all or part of the recommendations depending on funding availability. The A-E shall evaluate and make recommendations for appropriate actions.
