Award Description: This award was issued in June fully funding the Commissioning for the additional Construction phase, Acceptance & Post-Occupancy phase, as well as added LEED Consultation to our contract.
Project Description: Completed the Site Kick off meeting with GSA, Design Team & new CM - Skanska in Jackson, MS * Design review - DD Set 4th floor ODAR * LEED 2009 NC 3.20 Silver checklist generation, review, modifications and several lengthy teleconferences related to this.
Jobs Summary: We used 149.75 hours to complete the work to date. We used the 49 days from the start of the order thru September 30 and x that by 8 and got 392. We then divided the 149.75 by the 392 and got our FTE of .40. We used the following employee breakdown for the 149.75 hours: Clerical 17 hours, Senior Electrical Engineer 10, Senior Mechanical Engineer 116.25 and a Technician for 6.50 hours (Total jobs reported: 0)
