Award Description: To investigate and provide a complete contract document package that includes the following: 1) Module Photovoltaic System consisting of the installation of highly efficient single crystallian silicon encapsulated module solar cells. PV modules will be installed in conjunction with combiner boxes, DC disconnects, inverters, AD disconnects, equipment enclosures, wire, conduit, switches, fuses, and all appurtenances to make the system complete and operational. 2) Replace existing inverted roofing membrane assembly roofing system to a long life-low maintenance roof system to accommodate the module photovoltaic technology. 3) Relighting System to provide adequate illumination and save energy by reducing lighting energy consumption. 4) Execute re-commissioning strategies to reduce energy demand, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and improve the building system control.
Project Description: Provided 95% design development submission as requested by the contract for review and comments.
