Award Description: Provide architectural, and engineering services for Extra Field Investigation (EFI), Design and Post Contract Construction Services (Option 1) related to the evaluation of approximately 20,000 square feet of existing courtroom, office, open space and support services in the northwest wing of the eleventh floor of the Thomas P. O’Neill Federal Building, to allow the temporary relocation of approximately 20,000 square feet of offices and work stations from the southwest wing of the ninth floor. The scope of work also included the relocation of the GSA data center from the 9th floor to the 6th floor of the Tip O'Neill Building.
