Award Description: The overall purpose of the contract is to assist the GSA with the administration of a construction contract for reroofing and masonry repairs at the U.S. courthouse in Providence, RI. Our assistance assures the work described in the contract documents is executed in accordance with the contract docments and the general contractor fulfills their contract. Sucessfull completion of construction administration will result in a new roof and watertight masonry at the courthouse.
