Award Description: Provide turnkey services to include materials, equipment, and labor for a new web-based Building Energy Management System (BMS) Architecture over the entire Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) campus, including Buildings 100, 103, 104, 105, 108, 109, and 110. This BMS shall allow the MEDVACM to extend the useable life of existing Johnson Controls (Metasys) while using the newest Internet capabilities of the latest generation of BACnet-based BMS architecture. All new controls architecture shall be native BACnet and shall utilize ASHRAE standards throughout the product architecture.
