Award Description: Capital Fund Competitive Stimulus Grant under the Category of 'Creating Energy Efficient and Green Communities'
Project Description: Project will include energy retrofits in the public housing neighborhood Simon Frazier Homes (GA002000002). Project focuses on 1 - preventing the infiltration of undesired heath and air and 2 - reducing energy consumption of lighting, HVAC, ane water heating. New light fixtures, heat pumps, double pane energy efficient windows, additional attic insulation, dual flush toilets and low flow fixtures will all be included in this project to maximize energy savings and reduce consumption.
