Award Description: Repair Roof Seals, B/1115. Removed metal soffit on the outside of the facility, injected a low expansion foam material to seal gaps and voids between the bar joist and the bearing plate located on the exterior wall. Also, remove existing fascia on the Northeast, Southwest and Southeast corners of the building and installed approximately 4 inches of low expansion foam in the web members of the roof decking. The foam used on this project was required to be flame resistant.
