Award Description: 'Recovery' Replace roof at building 3066
Project Description: Replace aluminum counterflashing, replace curb/coping/cap flashing, base flashing and trim, conceal fasterners, and caulk joints. Replace parapet coping, conceal fasteners and caulk joints. Remove and install new cast iron roof drains with sump deck clamp and strainers. Install insulation board, install tapered insulation board, Remove and replace bituminous flashing. Replace pitchpocket, remove/reinstall existing metal coping. Provide and install elastomeric coating roof sealant. Remove existing one or two layers of roofing system. Provide and install three plies of MBSR. Remove and replace worn out screw or fastenres with new. Provide caulking at joint opening
