Award Description: The purpose of the ARRA Technical Assistance and Information Center is to support HUD's efforts to educate HUD grantees on reporting requirements for all ARRA-funded projects and activities stipulated by the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ). The task order to Lockheed Martin, through the Community Connections Technical Assistance and Information Center contract, provides for a turnkey multi-channel technical assistance and information center to support nine HUD ARRA programs/initiatives that make funds available to HUD constituents as a result of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009 (ARRA). Deliverables/project activiites/outputs include: - Training plan. - Call Center IVR system setup. - ARRA report development. - Test of contact center. - Live contact center.
