Project Description: Improve transportation- Transportation vans have been purchased and the drivers are being trained by the insurance company and the design for the bus wrap is under review. Radiology digital upgrade- Request for proposals was announced and three bids have been requested. Dental digital upgrade-All hardware and software was purchased and inventoried. Staff training is in progress. All purchases were made through Henry Schein as sole source vendor because of the purchasing agreement with Health Choice Network for all member centers. Service projected implementation date is Tuesday, October 13, 2009. Roof repair-Request for proposals was announced . This project is in planning stage. Intergy-CHI has initiated the migration path from Sage's Medical Manager to Sage next generation product Intergy CHC with integrates Practice Management and Electronic Health Record seamlessly. CHI will implement a high level plan that describes the sequences of information system application and technology infrastructure improvements as well as operational elements that will improve patient care and streamline operational efficiency. The migration plan adopted is not a detailed implementation plan for any one component, but a guide to implementing a complete integrated Electronic Health Record and Practice Management system. The CHI migration path was designed to outline the time frame and highlight the various application, technology, and operational elements. CHI has completed the preliminary site assessments at all locations in mid September. A complete needs analysis and patient flow assessment has been analyzed and assessed as well, and shared among all stakeholders. Migration, Implementation and Go-Live is scheduled for 2nd quarter 2010. For 08-Intergy Upgrade, the electronic health record readiness checklist was submitted on June 1, 2009 with the original application.
