This job impact assessment team gathered information on job impact within the organization and from groups that received ARRA funds both directly and indirectly within the supply chain. The potential job creator list was established by brainstorming based on the question: Who might have used the funds we gave them to create or retain jobs? The team gathered information on the normal length of a work week, dates of employment for new hires, and notes on jobs that were saved with ARRA funds. Jobs creation outside the United States was not considered. The FTE was then determined. The team did NOT use a formula to compute the job impact.
