Award Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires the A-E contrator to perform architectural and engineering services for design upate/ reduce scope, for the U.S. National Arboretum Administration Building Renovation, located in Washington, D.C. Bid phase services and construction management services will be added later by modification.
