Award Description: Region 4 requires contractor assistance to successfully implement, execute and / or mointor the braod array of reuirements outlined in the implementing guidance and various memos issued by OMB, the Department of the Interior, FWS BMO, as well as other authoritative sources. The contractor must possess extensive knowledge of the Service and its operations and have proven program and portfolio management experience, and demonstrated exerpience providing internal control and risk management services. PwC is providing ARRA support services to the Region in the following areas: - Work paper and file plan structure and processes (including plans for document retention, procedures for maintaining documentation, and a solution for retaining and centralizing documentation - milestone and issue tracking (including a template for milestone and issue tracking, populating the template with information provided by Region 4 project personnel and PwC, provide updates and assist with data calls) - ARRA communication development and delivery (including quality reviews of data submitted, developing agendas and meeting minutes, and assisting with ARRA guidance preparation, assist with briefings) - risk management support (documentation of ARRA controls and processes, internal control briefings and reports, identifying ARRA specific controls)
