Award Description: This Migrant Head Start funding will be used for a 1.84% COLA as well as certain Quality Improvement areas, which are comprised of; seasonal medical benefits, travel to a conference designed to improve skills, language assessments, staff completion of CDA's, and improvements to physical environments at 5 Head Start centers.

Project Description: Unicoi: center had aluminum awnings installed. Evacuation crib replaced. Summer City: Replaced milk cooler and purchased new washer/dryer. Bybee: Commercial Refrig replaced. Alamo: Replaced milk cooler, purchased storage shed, evacuation crib, 2 air-conditioners.
