Award Description: ARRA-Increase Services to Health Centers
Project Description: Although implementaion of increased services has been slowed by the challenges of recruitment and training of providers and clinical support staff all positions proposed through IDS funding have now been filled. In the second quarter we added one staff physician and well as four nurses and a network technician. We expect substantial increases in provider productivity over the coming quarter as the new staff become familiarized with clinic operational systems and EMR.
Jobs Summary: We created the following new positions. .63 FTE Family Practioners, .34 nurses, .69 MA's, Nurse Case Management .11, Pharmacy Personnel .43, Transportation .20, IT staff .10. We also retained a Staff Care Coordinator with our Homeless Program .21. (Total jobs reported: 3)
