Project Description: Reconstruct approximately 3,600 linear feet of Speyers Road, from W. City limits to Fremont Avenue, including Widening to 30-feet, curb and gutter, sidewalk on one side, storm drainage system, and illumination.
Infrastructure Description: 4R Reconstruction, No Added Capacity. Preserve/Create jobs; and economic recovery. Assist those most impacted. Invest in transportation.
