Award Description: Provide funding to capitalize the Clean Water State Revolving Fund for the financing and construction of wastewater treatment facilities and associated infrastructure, green infrastructure, nonpoint source projects, estuary projects, and program administration.

Project Description: The primary purposes of the ARRA program are to preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery through the investment in infrastructure projects that will improve water quality and will provide long-term economic benefits.

Infrastructure Description: To fund Clean Water State Revolving Fund projects that improve, protect, and/or enhance California's water quality.
