Award Description: The money will be used by the Brigham City Police Department for equipment to better protect officers and for their safety. These purchases will help with the agency's capabilities and competencies with the Patrol Division, Detective Division, SWAT, and with the operation of the Emergency Operations Center.
Project Description: Our purchases of the equipment specified in this grant will hopefully sae jobs by getting the equipment that the Department needs to save lives of the officers and keep them safe. With the purchases, salaries will not be cut not will positions be cut from the Department due to lack of resources in the budget.
