Award Description: ARRA supplemental funding for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program allocates funds to a network of eligible organizations to support employment related services that create and sustain economic growth with a particular focus on people living in poverty.
Project Description: As this is the first quarter for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) ARRA funds most project activity was centered around development and implementation of programs to support employment related services that create and sustain economic growth.
Infrastructure Description: ARRA supplemental funding for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program allocates funds to a network of eligible organizations to support employment related services and sustain economic growth with a particular focus on people living in poverty.
