Award Description: Native American Housing Block Grant, Formula-New construction, acquisition, rehabilitation including energy efficiency and conservation, and infrastructure development
Project Description: We will use the funds for Rehabilitation of NAHASDA Low Income Native American Rental Units. This includes; replace outdated H/A/C units with Energy Efficient units, replace existing Windows with Low-E Vinyl Clad Windows, Install Insulated Siding (where applicable), construct handicap accessible entry/exits. With anticipated outputs for 36-month period; 8 homes rehabilitated.
