Award Description: ARRA Cost of Living (COLA), and Quality Improvement Funding consistent with the provisions of Section 640(a)(5) of the Head Start Act
Project Description: ARRA COLA and Quaility Improvement Funds will be used to provide professional development to teaching staff and other staff to improve staff qualifications, to increase the compensation and benefits of forty-seven full-time staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program, and for repair and general manintenance of five school buses that are used to transport enrolled children to and from our center.
