Award Description: ARRA Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) and Quality Improvment Funding consistent with the provisions of Section 640(a)(5) of the Head Start Act.
Project Description: ARRA COLA and Quality Funds will be used to: 1. Increase compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve overall quality of program. 2. Provide training and educational development opportunities to staff to improve quality of program. 3. Engage in curriculum and strategic planning to improve educational quality of program. 4. Provide materials and equipment to support above activities and improve program.
