Project Description: Quarterly Activities: One full time Male Involvement Specialist and One full time teacher aide were hired. All staff received a cost of living adjustment effective Sept. 1, 2009 Project Description: Hire one full time Male Involvement Specialist and one full time teacher aide. Provide professional development to teaching staff to improve staff qualifications. Increase the compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program.
