Award Description: The City of Hoquiam is removing a minimum of 4,500 dry tons of accumulated biosolids in our wastewater lagoon which have accumulated over the last 30 years. Once complete, the City will dike the lagoon, fill approximately 20 acres creating prime industrial waterfront development property. The existing lagoon is not lined and poses a threat to leach into the Chehalis River.
Project Description: During the last quarter, final bid documents, plans and specifications were prepared. The project is out for bid at present.
