Award Description: This project will conduct a number of engineering analysis in order to evaluate potential measures to reduce the risk of flooding along the Rio de Plata, PR. Based on these analysis the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will select a preferred action and construct flood control measures. Once in place the measures will reduce the risk of flooding in two villages along the river.
